News Update 2006-04-25

Finally....a news update. Everybody has been extremely busy with all of their own projects. The time has come to give everybody a thanks to those of you who showed up at our shows last summer. We really hope to do that again. We're looking at possibly touring after the next album if we can get away from our other projects. THE SPLIT IS FINALLY OUT!!!! thanks to 2+2=5. Check it out 2+2=5 records or at our my space site. We will be working on a new full length that will be released through Great White North Records. All of our other projects are taking priority right now, but soon more hell will be unleashed from Time Kills Everything. Enjoy the split that was just recently released and we will be back to fuck everybody up another time, this project is not going to die.

BIO

The simple and unlikely beginnings of Time Kills Everything took place in a basement in Ottawa, Canada during the spring of 2003. Chance meetings through tours and long discussion about
recording techniques and musical interests lead Fuck The Facts’ guitarist Topon Das to contact Matt Friesen (He Broke, Big Trouble In Little China, Of Human Bondage) about doing vocals on a few songs that he had been working on. Matt agreed and also recruited Malefaction bassist, Mike Klassen, to the mix. It didn’t take long for the trio to realize they were onto something with potential. Through the process of sending CDs back and forth through the mail, 8 songs were produced and recorded by the spring of 2004, with mastering being handled by Craig Boychuk (Head Hits Concrete) of cb audio. After searching for the right label to release the CD, the band decided to release their first recording through Ottawa’s underground label, Capital Kill Productions. The initial release combines a charged grindcore attack in the style of Agoraphobic Nosebleed or Fuck..I’m Dead along with subtle dark heavy metal leanings, which provide Time Kills Everything with their unique and extreme sound. Already receiving positive feedback from their debut recording, Time Kills Everything is back working on new material for future releases. The band, though brand new, demonstrates a high level of cooperation and vision and will soon become household as a remarkable trans-Canadian underground project devised by and for lovers of underground music.
